Editing the Surveyor Profile

The Edit button allows you to edit accreditation surveyor information.

To edit the Surveyor Profile, use the following steps:

  1. Go to Modules>Accreditation>Surveyor>Find, List, Query, or Add Surveyor>Accreditation Surveyor Profile.
  2. Click the Edit button. The Edit-Accreditation Surveyor page opens.
  3. Edit the fields as described in the table below:
    Field Name Required? Description
    applicant name Required Enter the first few letters of the individual's name in the applicant name field and click the search icon. This will present a list of individuals meeting that criteria. Click the desired name from the returned list. Much of the information will be populated from the individual profile of the person chosen.
    surveyor type Optional Expand the drop-down menu and select the type of surveyor you are adding.
    surveyor status Optional Expand the drop-down menu and select the status of the newly created surveyor.
    preferred address to receive correspondence Optional Expand the drop-down menu to select which address this surveyor prefers.
    preferred method of correspondence Optional Expand the drop-down menu to select the method by which this individual prefers to be contacted.
    foreign language spoke fluently Optional Enter any languages that this individual speaks fluently.
  4. Click the Save button to save your changes and return to the Accreditation Surveyor Profile. Click the Delete button to delete the accreditation surveyor. Click the Cancel button to return to the Accreditation Surveyor Profile without saving your changes.
